Kama’s Bio
You want to know more about me, huh? Well…let me see. What can I tell you?
Me, in a nutshell (nut?…did I say nut?!)
I’m a co-founder and a regular contributor to Tootlee.com. You’ll see lots of posts by me (shhh….make sure you facebook or retweet them ALL…we’ve got a competition going on around here and I wanna win).
Oh yeah, I’m a parent (i.e. mom) just like you. I’ve got four kids:
- a girl born in 2011 who keeps us all smiling (who said kids should be stick with just one or two siblings?)
- a boy born in 2008 who hits a baseball like a pro (where did he come from?)
- a girl born in 2002 who runs like the wind (must take after her daddy, because I run like–umm..well, we won’t go into that)
- and a girl born in 2000 who was over half-way done with 7th grade when she was nine-years old (don’t ask where she’s at now, probably doing college or somethin’)
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter kids. I appreciate individuality in the truest sense–kids being who they were created to be completely–even if it means getting F’s in science, but being able to paint glorious paintings that sell for thousands.
Love to do research and dig, dig, dig for answers to tough parenting issues.
Think kids should be treated with respect and given a real useful place in society before they grow up and forget all their great ideas.
Think every kid is different and should be treated as such.
Believe in efficiency–if it can be done faster, easier, and better, then by all means, do it that way (forget tradition…this isn’t the dark ages anymore!)
